Today we had a bit of a late start because of assembly but are going straight the woodwork room to get started block 2.  We have about half cut out and got the felt and other on the bottom.

 Today we put another coat of varnish on some of the coasters. We also cut up some coaters and sanded them and put the first coat of varnish. My biggest achievement today was varnishing all the coaters.

My biggest challenge today was  staying on task today.

teamr 4 wk2 Reflection prep

 Something that went well was researching what felt we need and me and my mum are going out the bunnings to buy some this week. We didn't do much in our group today though because i forgot to bring the wood. Taran touched up the logo as well though. Next time i think we do some more work and researching. Also maybe next time i should bring the would so we could go do some work in word work room. Something that was difficult was that i didn't bring the wood so we couldn't really do much today and we didn't focus that much today. 

 The project we are doing is making coasters. We are getting the wood from my house and the wood is olive wood and its free. We are also buying some clear varnish and felt for the bottom of the coasters. The name of our project is CKs. CKs stands for  Coaster kings. The wood have black lines in the middle so its looks cool and also the coaster will be different shapes and sizers. We will make as many coasters as we can and will probably sell them in batches.

1. What went well today for you and your team?  Think about your teamwork, and your group’s product idea.

Something that went well today was in first block the paper things we made  where well done, We got a good start on our proposal and look for what varnish and felt we are going to use.

2. What was difficult?  Why do you think that was?  

The booklet thing was very hard to read because there was a lot of it and i didnt get through the thing.

3. What are three new business terms you learnt today?

I'm not sure we didn't get up to that bit.

4. What do you need to work on in preparation for the PREP lessons next week?

Maybe do some more planning and work
